This is a version of Life of Riley's famous coconut macaroon recipe, the #1 favourite flavour and the original doggy coconut macaroon!

Now you can bake your very own at home, but be warned, the smell of these coming out the oven will draw in crowds, it is utterly divine!

Alternatively you can split the mix up and make as and when you like, or bake all at once and freeze any you don't use!
